ACHIEVE YOUR SALES GOALS
Stephen FOWLER - Career
Originally starting his working life as an aircraft engineer, Stephen transitioned into an IT sales career, cold calling manufacturing companies in the UK South Wales valleys, during a time of huge recession - A life-changing experience and a huge learning curve!
After demonstrating success and smashing quotas at a few small, start-up like software companies, he moved on, into corporate life at large organizations' like SAP, Siebel/Oracle, Accenture, salesforce.com and Microsoft, again driving successful performances and winning many salespeople and sales team awards during this time.
He completed his MBA in 2003 and took on his first sales management role in 2006 during the Siebel / Oracle acquisition.
After traveling to and throughout Asia, in his earlier career, Stephen moved permanently to Singapore in 2012 taking on a regional sales leadership role for Microsoft covering China, Japan, India, SEA, and ANZ.
Stephen has now started a new chapter, to focus on his true passion, helping and enabling others to be successful.
REVIVE YOUR ENERGIES
Stephen FOWLER - personal
Married with two grown-up children who ensure he stays grounded in reality and driven to succeed.
Currently living between three locations, Singapore, Bangkok and Penang, he is enjoying what Asia has to offer in terms of culture, food and learning experiences.
An average Golfer (Handicap 17), an average Snowboarder (Black Runs are OK, but prefers Red Runs with awesome Japanese powder snow and a little ‘just off piste’ fun with his son) and passionate Welsh Rugby fan.
These hobbies and other team sports have shown him that dedication, incremental improvements, communication and strength of relationships have a huge impact on performance.
Although they can be very frustrating at times, they are hugely rewarding, when you get it right (even just not falling face first into the snow between the trees…) especially after you have worked hard to perfect it.
LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCES
Corporate Social Responsibility
A few years ago, Stephen started a relationship with a charity that helps poor communities living in and around Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Later on, he was fortunate enough to take some of his teams to Cambodia, volunteering to build houses for families in need.
These are life changing experiences for the families AND the volunteers involved.
If this is something that you are passionate about and want to get involved with, for every full Coaching engagement, Stephen will:
Invite you to join him on a trip to Siem Reap.
Donate 10% of your Coaching Fees to the charity, for materials.
Pay for 2 nights accommodation for you at the Royal Angkor Resort.
Additional nights’ accommodation, travel, and other expenses will be the responsibility of the attendees.
